What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that customized or engraved products are final sale and cannot be returned.
Are Stanley products dishwasher safe?
Most of our products are dishwasher safe; however, we recommend checking the bottom of your specific bottle or tumbler for care instructions. To preserve the finish of vacuum-insulated items, hand-washing is often recommended.
Do you offer a warranty on your drinkware?

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we begin processing orders immediately. You may cancel an order within 30 minutes of placement; after that, we are unable to make changes, but you can initiate a return once the item arrives.
